Hi
as I can find no standard on the following can anyone help me with information about best location for theatre DDA cupboards, should there be a cupboard in each individual theatre of is one (central)cupboard for say 5 theatres acceptable?

Hi Beth,

The childrens hospital in Perth, PMH, has 5 theatres and the DDA cupboard is located in the prep set up room which is in the middle of all 5 theatres. It seems to work well for this amount of theatres. Paul WA

Hi Beth.
A reply with some information which better late than never.
I am located in a private hospital in the ACT. We have drug safes in all theatres which are fed by allocation from a central drug safe in PACU.
