Australian College of Operating Room Nurses is governed by the Board of Directors, consisting of a Director and a Representative from each state or territory perioperative member association.  

The ACORN Executive is elected from the Board of Directors and manages the day to day requirements of the College as well as the startegic planning and implementation of the Strategic Plan.
