ACORN Three Minute Thesis 2022

The ACORN Three Minute Thesis (3MT) competition celebrates the exciting perioperative research conducted by Australian higher degree research students. The 3MT cultivates students’ academic, presentation and research communication skills. The competition supports their capacity to effectively explain their research in three minutes, in a language appropriate to a non-specialist audience.

Congratulations to the 2022 ACORN 3MT winner: Melanie Lang!

The 3MT submissions this year were of an outstanding quality and will all make a positive impact on perioperative nursing research and the quality of care received by Australian surgical patients. Thank you to the 2022 3MT judging panel for their time and expertise in reviewing, assessing and moderating the 2022 submissions. We are sure that it was a tough decision with such high quality entries.

Please find the recording of the 2022 ACORN 3MT Finalist Presentation, hosted by Professor Jed Duff (7 October 2022).
