Nurse Level 2 – Remuneration Package $88,373 - $116,920

Locations – Alice Springs, Darwin, Katherine and Nhulunbuy

Are you an experienced Perioperative Nurse interested in exploring the Northern Territory with the flexibility to pick and choose where you work for short placements? NT Health has the option of Casual Locum/Travel Nurse.

Information and benefits:

• Casual 12 month contract
• No set rotations i.e. not a FIFO model with set ‘swings’
•     Placement duration of 4 weeks at minimum target roster hours 0.84 FTE or above
• Opportunity to work at multiple hospitals across the NT
•           Return airfares paid once per placement. If driving to NT, Nurses/Midwives can be reimbursed for travel expenses.
•         Waivered or subsidised accommodation available (options vary per location)

Location: Central Sterilising and Supply Department, Hervey Bay Hospital 

Remuneration: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $69,557.05 p.a., comprising salary rates $39.26 - $41.66 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 4) (Permanent Part-Time, 64 hours p.f.). The Enrolled Nurse Advanced Skills (ENAS) practices under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) providing clinical and patient-centred care within the Central Sterilising and Supply Department. The EN utilises their knowledge, skill, and competence to effectively develop, provide and evaluate patient care, whilst maintaining regular communication and assistance from the RN.
