If you are accessing an organisational subscription please DO NOT change the contact name, email address or password unless you are the account holder.
If you own the account, please follow these steps and you will receive a link to reset your password.
- Click on the 'forgot your password' link.
- Enter your email address as your username
- Enter your email address
- Click on 'I am not a robot' and 'submit'.
Why do you need to reset your password? ACORN has adopted a more efficient membership system which requires a password reset the first time you log in. You will not be required to do this again.
